RBX Codex
Terms of use
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms govern the use of rbxcodex.com and the free consultation booked through it. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
01Who we are
RBX Codex is a software development studio run by Robert Adriel Cabrera, based in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Contact: robertcabreramercado2008@gmail.com.
02Using the site
You are free to browse the site, read its content and write to us. Please do not use it for unlawful purposes, submit false information or someone else's details without their permission, try to reach restricted areas, or automate submissions to the forms or the scheduler.
03Information on the site
The site describes our services in general terms and is for information only. It is not a binding offer: the scope, timeline and price of any project are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract signed by both parties, which prevails over anything the site says.
04Free consultation
- The consultation is a video call at no cost and with no obligation to hire any service.
- When you book you receive an email invitation. You can cancel or ask for another date by replying to it or writing to us.
- If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from attending, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer another date.
- Ideas and recommendations from the session are guidance based on what you share, and do not replace a detailed technical analysis or legal, accounting or financial advice.
- We will treat what you tell us about your business with discretion and will not share it with third parties.
05Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, illustrations and videos on the site belong to RBX Codex and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Ownership of the code and deliverables of each project is set out in its contract; our practice is for the code to belong to the client once the project closes.
06Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google. We do not control their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.
07Liability
We aim to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based solely on its content or on a free consultation. Nothing here limits any rights the law gives you as a consumer.
08Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disagreement will first be settled in good faith and, failing that, before the competent courts of Santiago de los Caballeros.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
